If you are accessing phsuper on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. phsuper reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Each individual may register and maintain only one phsuper Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phsuper reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
phsuper is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in restrictions on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact details change, you must update your Account promptly. phsuper is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsuper Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phsuper will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify phsuper immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phsuper is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
phsuper recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where available, and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
phsuper accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (₱):
Credit card deposits are not accepted. In accordance with Philippine regulations, phsuper does not permit the use of credit cards to fund gaming accounts. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are also strictly prohibited.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phsuper Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. phsuper does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the phsuper cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. phsuper reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for all deposits made to your phsuper Account. phsuper is not liable for deposits made in error, including deposits made to an incorrect account number or via an unsupported payment method. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact phsuper support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawal privileges suspended until identity verification is complete. phsuper reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with Philippine financial regulations. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) banking days.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the phsuper cashier. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change. Players with VIP or elevated account status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification and processing requirements above.

All games available on phsuper — including slots, live casino, video poker (Jacks or Better), bingo, and sports betting — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats operated by licensed game providers. phsuper does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for digital games are published by the respective game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phsuper platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phsuper platform without prior written consent from phsuper.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsuper's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsuper Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phsuper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if phsuper has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phsuper does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phsuper will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
phsuper reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phsuper reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your phsuper Account at any time by contacting phsuper support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phsuper may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phsuper's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phsuper will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
phsuper reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the phsuper platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
